Taking Action

After spending a week with some of my friends/ heroes who are working as abolitionists, freeing women and children from sex trafficking, I was stirred to want to do more. This is a real problem (not just in South East Asia) and the stories of the victims are heart- wrenching.

We know from many recent studies how deeply damaging pornography is, especially on children. It is often the root of many bigger issues, like trafficking. I'm excited about this petition that will require internet service providers to have a pornography filter. Users will have to "opt in" to get the pornography rather than it finding them.

So this is me standing in my small little space of the world taking action and asking you to with me.
